This three - day Dental Practice Management workshop is designed to stimulate the development of a business sense among its participants to enable turning their professional dental knowledge and skills into successful private dental practices.
By the end of this workshop, participants will gain the required knowledge and skills to create and sustain their own dental practices; more specifically in the areas of: dental practice environment, business planning, patient satisfaction, customer service, branding, cost structure , daily operations, team building, pricing, partners,stakeholders and insurance relationship, dental supplies management, legal structure and contracts, requirements to establish a dental practice and funding opportunities in the Saudi market.
Day 1 - 3rd March 2017
The 1st day of the workshop orients trainees to the business environment in which the dental practice operates, as well as the human and financial resources involved in producing dental services. (Business planning, accounting, human resources and provider relationship)
Day 2 - 4th March 2017
The 2nd day of the workshop takes the participating dental professionals in a learning journey of the strategies used in dental practices in areas of enhancing patients acceptance/flow and stakeholder relationship, as well as best practices for operating dental facilities, managing supplies, adopting technology and assuring quality strategies in patient acceptance & flow, partner's relationship, procurement, operations, quality and technology)
Day 3 - 5th May 2017
The 3rd and final day of the workshop will expose participating dentist ways to price dental services; as well as existing funding opportunities for establishing dental practices in the Kingdom, emphasizing the essential legal requirements and the importance of maintaining appropriate contracts and legal structure. (pricing, government and legal requirements and sources of funding).
